Mickey Cobb and Larry Hyre have experience and expertise in all manners of real estate law, including acquisition and development, financing and leasing, commercial and residential contract negotiations and closings. In addition, Cobb and Hyre’s practice includes assisting structuring and facilitating completion of tax-deferred exchange of real property of all types, including raw land, multifamily buildings and complexes, office and shopping centers, including “reverse” exchanges. Cobb and Hyre operates its’ title company, Sandy Springs Title Insurance Company, in title states. It is also affiliated with Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, First American Title Insurance Company and Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company.
